Senior Project Engineer - Offshore

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild positive working relationships with external parties such as the customer, suppliers, and contractors.Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.Identify and achieve the optimal technical and commercial position within the job context.Monitor design activities, interdisciplinary data flow and communications.Responsible for design basis, design scopes and subsequent performance.Manage technical evaluations, risks identification, mitigation & control, project deliverables review, scope control and managing project variations, recovery planning, construction, commissioning, & project handover.Prepare Project Scope Statement.Schedule, document and close out design reviews and technical review meetings.Achieve client approvals without delay or rework.Consistently achieve above‑average client satisfaction rating for technical delivery.Manage disciplines to achieve scope completion at or below budget.Identify, quantify and justify claims promptly to the project manager.HSE CapabilityMaintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.Demonstrate behaviour and business practices consistent with a culture of the world’s best health, safety and environmental performance.Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, TrainingFull‑time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement.
