Senior Project Engineer - Landscape

With a strong commitment to quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, Azizi focuses on building world-class developments that reflect excellence in construction standards and design.We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer – Landscape to oversee and manage landscape construction activities across our developments, ensuring high-quality execution of both hardscape and softscape works in line with project specifications and timelines.Role DescriptionTo manage and supervise landscape construction activities including hardscape and softscape works, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage landscape construction activities including hardscape and softscape works across project sites.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.Review and monitor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to landscape works.Ensure proper execution of hard landscape works such as interlock paving, kerbstone installation, pathways, pergolas, water features, retaining walls, and street furniture.Oversee softscape works including planting, irrigation systems, turfing, and horticultural installations.Monitor project progress to ensure landscape works are completed within project timelines and budgets.Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and authority standards.Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety requirements are met.Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to site engineers and subcontractors.Support project close-out activities including snagging, de-snagging, and handover documentation.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or supervisory role.Strong experience in both hardscape and softscape works within large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.Experience working on UAE/GCC landscape projects is mandatory.Good understanding of landscape construction methods, irrigation systems, and finishing standards.Strong site management and execution capabilities.Knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and landscape materials.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making ability.Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.Good understanding of quality, safety, and authority compliance requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
