Senior Project Controls Manager

<div><p>JASARA PMC is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Controls Manager to lead our project controls team and drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project planning, cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in alignment with client objectives.</p><p>As a key leader within JASARA PMC, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement robust project control strategies. Your insights and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining project integrity and optimizing resource allocation.</p><br/><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain project controls frameworks and processes.</li><li>Establish project baselines and monitor progress against schedule, scope, and budget.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, forecasts, and performance metrics.</li><li>Assess risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communication.</li><li>Coach and mentor project controls personnel to foster professional growth.</li><li>Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Over 18 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.</li><li>Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex and cost control tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze complex project data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Experience working in luxury hospitality or mixed use or construction projects preferred.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
