We do this by collecting high quality product data from internal and external sources implementing innovative solutions to automate the management of artifact processing allowing us to reduce cost and scale our impact.Key job responsibilitiesDefining strategies and owning the delivery of multiple projects taking ownership to monitor their progress against key milestonesLeveraging a combination of data analysis skills critical thinking and collaboration to clarify highly ambiguous problems and present tangible solution in an easy to understand format for leadership teamsPartnering closely with various Tech Product and Science teams to define and lead the integration of novel tech and science solutions within the programDevelop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects within your ownership to key stakeholders to ensure alignment is maintained across various worldwide teamsClear precise and regular communication with key stakeholders including leadership on ongoing project/program updatesCreate and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectivenessA Day in the LifePlan and prioritize tasks to advance ongoing projectsReach out to compliance and legal teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirementsWork closely with policy product and tech teams to implement necessary changesContribute to a positive team atmosphere through open communication and supportQualifications6 years of compliance audit or risk management experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced levelBachelors degree or equivalentExperience working with cross functional teams and managing multiple stakeholdersProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationExperience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalentMasters degree or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
