Role: Program Manager-Delivery Manager – Data & Analytics (Core Banking Transformation)Total Exp Range - 15+ YearsDomain: BankingKey ResponsibilitiesData & Analytics Delivery (Primary Focus)Own end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics workstreams within the Core Banking transformationManage delivery of:Enterprise, operational, and regulatory reportingAnalytical data marts and consumption layersData validation, reconciliation, and controlsLead the transition from legacy DWH to a modern data platform, including execution of the DWH demise strategy.Core Banking Data ExpertiseProvide deep domain oversight of Oracle Flexcube data models, transactions, products, and accounting flows.Ensure accurate sourcing of data from Flexcube for downstream systems.Support data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation during migration and cutover.Act as a subject-matter lead for core banking data-related decisions.Integration & Real-Time Data ProcessingManage delivery of batch, near-real-time, and real-time data pipelines.Oversee CDC and replication using GoldenGate.Drive event streaming and real-time integrations using Kafka.Ensure data consistency across upstream and downstream systems.Work closely with architecture and engineering teams across:Hadoop-based data platformsStreaming, ingestion, and transformation frameworksEnsure performance, scalability, security, and data quality standards are met.BI, Reporting & ConsumptionOversee delivery of dashboards and reports using Qlik and Power BI.Ensure alignment between operational reports, regulatory submissions, and management MIS.Manage UAT and business sign-offs for analytics deliverables.Delivery & GovernanceOwn detailed delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks for Data & Analytics.Track progress across multiple vendors and internal teams.Drive issue resolution and decision-making forums.Provide clear and concise delivery updates to senior stakeholders.Coordinate across core banking, finance, risk, compliance, and business teams.Manage System Integrators and data platform vendors.Support steering committees and program governance structures.Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory15+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services technologyAt least one full Core Banking Migration, with direct involvement in data and reportingStrong hands-on knowledge of:Oracle Flexcube (data structures, transactions, interfaces)Data Warehousing & Analytics platformsRegulatory and MIS reportingTechnical SkillsWorking knowledge of:Hadoop ecosystemsKafkaGoldenGateQlikPower BIDelivery ManagementStrong command of Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid delivery modelsExcellent risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skillsSoft SkillsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in high-pressure, high-visibility transformation programsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience with regulatory-driven banking data transformationsExposure to cloud-native analytics platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
