<div><p>1inch is the DeFi ecosystem building financial freedom for everyone. 1inch products help users and builders trade, hold and track digital assets - with the self‑custody, comprehensive security and the intuitive user experience they need to unlock the potential of true crypto ownership. 1inch protocols and APIs provide core infrastructure across the DeFi industry and beyond.</p><p>So if you’re someone who thinks big, moves fast and wants to make an impact right from day one, then get ready to join our industry‑changing team.</p><p>Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own delivery outcomes for products, domains, or major initiatives</li><li>Translate product vision and strategy into executable priorities and backlogs</li><li>Balance short‑term delivery needs with medium‑term product goals</li><li>Ensure delivery focuses on measurable business and user outcomes</li></ul><h3>Backlog Ownership&Prioritisation</h3><ul><li>Own and prioritise backlogs across multiple teams or initiatives</li><li>Break down strategic goals into clear, actionable backlog items</li><li>Make high‑impact prioritisation decisions based on value, risk, and effort</li><li>Continuously refine priorities based on delivery feedback and learnings</li></ul><h3>Collaboration with Product Managers</h3><ul><li>Partner closely with Product Managers to execute product vision and strategy</li><li>Provide delivery insights and feasibility feedback to inform strategic decisions</li><li>Ensure dependencies, risks, and constraints are transparent</li><li>Align execution plans with long‑term product direction</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder&Cross‑Team Alignment</h3><ul><li>Align engineering, design, and delivery teams around shared priorities</li><li>Act as primary execution‑focused product contact for stakeholders</li><li>Communicate delivery progress, risks, and trade‑offs clearly</li><li>Facilitate decision‑making in complex or ambiguous situations</li></ul><h3>Product Leadership&People Responsibility</h3><ul><li>Mentor and support Product Owners in their professional development</li><li>Set standards for strong product execution and backlog management</li><li>Support performance management and growth conversations where applicable</li><li>Contribute to improving product delivery maturity across the organization</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments</li><li>Deep knowledge of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and smart contract technology</li><li>Proven track record of delivering high‑impact, user‑driven products in a fast‑paced startup environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with Web3 development tools (e.g., Solidity, EVM‑based chains, smart contract auditing, dApp UX/UI considerations) is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.)</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to align short‑term execution with long‑term vision</li><li>Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve dependencies effectively</li><li>Collaborative and proactive, fostering a culture of shared understanding within teams</li></ul><h3>Nice‑to‑Haves</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of multiple blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, etc.) and DeFi protocols</li><li>Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in fintech or crypto</li></ul><p>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
