Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of key product initiatives at PetroApp. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, driving execution, and delivering high-impact solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned product areasTranslate company objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomesLead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and SalesManage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvementConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunitiesPrioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignmentWrite clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user storiesMonitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics, driving optimization initiativesEnsure timely and high-quality product deliveryMentor and support junior product team members3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, mobility, SaaS, or digital platformsProven track record of delivering successful digital products at scaleStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in agile development environmentsStrong understanding of user experience and customer-centric product developmentAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldYou will own and shape the security function in a high-impact, hands-on lead role.You’ll work at the intersection of security, reliability, and platform engineering, directly influencing how PetroApp scales.Opportunity to work with a modern tech stack and a team that values pragmatism, automation, and continuous improvement.A culture that cares about doing the right thing for customers and partners, with leadership support for investing in security and reliability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
