Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in retail banking to lead the development and management of banking products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector with expertise in product strategy innovation and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategies for retail banking products ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead endtoend product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimization. Identify market trends customer needs and competitive insights to drive product innovation. Collaborate with internal teams including technology marketing risk and compliance to ensure seamless product delivery. Define pricing positioning and gotomarket strategies for banking products. Work closely with digital teams to enhance customer experience and digital adoption. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on datadriven insights. Develop business cases for new product initiatives and present them to senior leadership. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including partners vendors and financial institutions. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector with a strong understanding of banking products and services. Proven track record in product management strategy and development within a banking environment. Experience in digital banking customer experience and fintech integration is a plus. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach. Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive results in a fastpaced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance or a related field.
