At Stryker, your ideas and impact truly matter.What you will do:Cascade and implement marketing strategy for the given territory, collaborating with the team to ensure alignment and impact.Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements Collect and share Voice of Customer and Voice of Commercial Team data. Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and product feedback to inform business decisions.Develop knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive alternatives to respond promptly to field requests. Support commercial teams with presentations, proposals, and product guides.Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.Identify priorities for marketing initiatives and evaluate whether business goals meet SMARTI criteria. Recommend alternative product or portfolio definitions when appropriate.Hold self-accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders.What You Will Need:Required:Bachelor’s degree required6+ years of marketing or sales experience in medical device industry experience required.Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesProficiency in EnglishPreferred:Experience in Neurovascular , or related fields is highly desirableMBA preferredKnowledge of regional customers and market trendsStrong strategic thinking and influencing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesDiversity is important to us.
