In this critical individual contributor role, you will report directly to the Head of Compliance Product and work at the intersection of product, policy, and engineering to combat money laundering, terrorist financing, and market manipulation across on‑chain, fiat, and trading activities.</p><p>You will translate global regulatory requirements (MiCA, OFAC, FATF, etc.) into scalable, precise, and efficient product solutions. If you have deep expertise in AML/CFT systems, a passion for crypto‑native risk challenges, and the ability to balance business growth with regulatory rigor, this is a unique opportunity to shape compliance infrastructure at a top‑tier exchange.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Product Strategy&Execution:</b>Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑level financial crime risk control solutions, covering on‑chain transactions, fiat gateways, and trading behavior.</li><li><b>Cross‑Functional Collaboration:</b>Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to implement risk controls that ensure regulatory adherence while enabling smooth user experiences. Work closely with Engine, Data, and Backend teams to build scalable risk identification and penalty enforcement systems.</li><li><b>System Optimization:</b>Enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and extensibility of AML monitoring and decision‑making systems. Leverage data analysis, compliance controls, and regulatory interpretation to improve data governance and operational effectiveness.</li><li><b>Regulatory Readiness:</b>Stay ahead of global AML/CFT trends (MiCA, OFAC, EU AMLD, FATF). Drive product enhancements that support licensing, regulatory audits, local market expansion, and responses to regulatory inquiries.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree or above; Law, Finance, Computer Science, International Trade, or related fields preferred.</li><li><b>Experience:</b>5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AML, anti‑fraud, financial crime compliance, or related risk control products.</li><li><b>Domain Expertise:</b>Strong understanding of financial crime risks in crypto assets, cross‑border payments, DeFi, or digital identity. Ability to balance business needs with enforcement requirements across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li><b>Problem Solving:</b>Excellent analytical and learning skills.
