This role is for experienced product managers who have a track record of managing and leading high-performance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthLead the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with company objectives and user needs.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and release plans.Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.Key RequirementsExperience conducting user research and usability testing.Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Qualifications6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.Strong portfolio that showcases your design process and problem-solving skills.Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
