Job Description

OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Subscriptions team and work on Snoonu Plus. Snoonu Plus is a mature, experiment-driven product area at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing. Your role is to evolve and scale the subscription experience — improving visibility, conversion, trial mechanics, and long-term retention. The role sits within our Customer‑Facing Area and focuses on mobile experiences across the Super App, closely connected to MarTech tools, experiments, and performance tracking. This is a role for a designer who is comfortable working with experiments, metrics, trade‑offs, and iteration — not a greenfield setup, but a live product with real impact.What You’ll Get Your Hands OnSnoonu Plus subscription entry points and visibility across the app (e.g. homepage components)Subscription plans, trials, and pricing‑related experiencesA/B‑tested initiatives (free trials, MOV experiments, segmented offers)Promo codes and plan‑related flowsSubscription‑related events and tracking (ads, attribution, performance)Product changes connected to marketing tools and personalised flowsIterating on an existing system using data, feedback, and real constraintsThis is not a greenfield role. You’ll work with real users, real scale, and real business impactOwn end‑to‑end design of Snoonu Plus features and experimentsDesign and iterate on subscription flows (entry points, plans, trials, upgrades, edge cases)Translate experiment hypotheses into clear, testable product experiencesWork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writer, and UX ResearcherUse analytics and experiment results to evaluate outcomes and inform next iterationsSupport design QA and ensure implemented UI matches intended behaviorContribute to shared patterns and raise suggestions to Design System owners when neededTake responsibility for design quality and clarity in a high‑impact product areaThis role expects senior‑level ownership within a defined product area, with close collaboration across product, growth, and marketingThe Magic You BringYou have strong product design experience (typically 5+ years, guidance, not a rule) and are comfortable owning complex features end to end.You enjoy working on growth‑ and experiment‑driven products, where learning from data is part of the job.You can design clear, convincing subscription and pricing experiences that balance user value and business goals.You’re comfortable working with A/B tests, metrics, and iterative improvements.You combine solid UX judgment with good UI craft — clarity, hierarchy, and polish matter.You’re able to explain your design decisions clearly and collaborate calmly with cross‑functional partners.You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and making trade‑offs when constraints are real.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with subscriptions, pricing, or monetization productsFamiliarity with MarTech concepts (events, attributes, attribution, marketing flows)Experience working on experiment‑heavy or growth‑focused product areasInside the Design TeamYou’ll be joining a multicultural Product Design team of 18+ designers working across customer‑facing products, merchant tools, and internal platforms. Designers are embedded in product teams and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers — solving problems together, not in silos.
