Senior Product Designer

As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>The Senior Product Designer leads the design and development of complex product experiences within a fintech B2B environment. This role combines strong UX execution with product thinking, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.</p><h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead end to end product design from discovery to delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers to define user problems and translate business requirements into scalable UX solutions.</li><li>Design complex, data heavy interfaces such as dashboards, admin panels, tables, and multi step workflows.</li><li>Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups.</li><li>Contribute to and maintain design systems and interaction standards.</li><li>Conduct usability testing and iterate based on research insights.</li><li>Align design decisions with business KPIs and product metrics.</li><li>Mentor and guide mid level designers.</li></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS or fintech systems.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of user centered design principles and systems thinking.</li><li>Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross functional stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience designing B2B platforms or fintech products.</li><li>Experience working on operational tools and data driven applications.</li><li>Experience collaborating in cross cultural teams.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
