Job Description A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join their product department and leverage teams success. With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex commodities indices and more.Location: Hybrid Dubai UAEResponsibilities:This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of design thinking user empathy and business impact.In this role youll help shape seamless and scalable user experiences across a suite of digital products including web platforms mobile apps client portals and internal CRM tools. From early-stage wireframes to polished UI designs youll be instrumental in delivering intuitive high-impact solutions that align with both user needs and strategic goals.1. Product Design LeadershipDrive end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through to final execution.Collaborate closely with Product Managers Developers and business stakeholders to identify user needs and craft effective data-informed design solutions.Produce user flows wireframes interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms.2. UI/UX ExcellenceAdvocate for pixel-perfect UI and deliver a consistent user experience across all digital channels.Maintain and evolve design libraries contributing to a scalable and coherent design system.Lead usability testing efforts and implement feedback to optimize design outcomes.3. Strategic CollaborationWork cross-functionally with Marketing Data Operations and Tech teams to ensure product experiences align with user expectations and business objectives.Participate in product roadmap planning balancing user advocacy with technical and commercial considerations.4. Design Governance & Brand ConsistencyEnsure all designs adhere to brand guidelines accessibility best practices and regional regulatory standards.Help define and enforce design principles to maintain visual and experiential consistency across all digital products.Requirements:Must have:6 years of experience in digital product design ideally across both web and mobile platforms.Expertise in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles with a portfolio that demonstrates UI versatility across devices.Excellent visual design skills including a solid command of typography layout color and hierarchy.Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements.Comfortable managing multiple design projects independently in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.Prior experience in fintech trading or complex data-heavy platforms such as dashboards or internal tools.Nice to have:Familiarity with motion and interaction design tools (e.g. After Effects Lottie Framer ProtoPie).Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g. React Vue) and experience collaborating closely with development teams.Previous experience working within agile or scrum-based product development processes.Whats in it for youOur client offers an exciting challenging role in a collaborative dynamic environment.
