Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our client, which is one of the leading banking groups in the Middle East.This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences, especially within AI-driven solutions and enterprise-grade design systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to deliveryDesign intuitive and scalable user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for digital banking productsBuild, maintain, and evolve design systems ensuring consistency across platformsCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders within Agile squadsTranslate complex business requirements into simple, elegant design solutionsConduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validationContribute to AI-powered product experiences, including personalization and automation featuresAdvocate for design thinking and UX best practices across teamsEnsure alignment with corporate banking user needs and compliance standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product DesignerStrong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design, problem-solving, and design systemsHands-on experience with Design Systems (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools)Solid understanding of AI-driven product design conceptsProven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Squad model)Excellent problem-solving and user-centric design thinking skillsStrong collaboration and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in banking or financial services, preferably corporate bankingExposure to enterprise-scale digital productsFamiliarity with data visualization and analytics-driven designUnderstanding of accessibility and compliance standards in fintech#J-18808-Ljbffr
