Senior Product Designer

We are looking for aSenior Product Designer to join a high-impact digital team within a leading banking organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives inenterprise-scale environments, has deep expertise indesign systems, and can craft seamless experiences acrossmobile and web platforms.You will work closely withproduct managers, engineers, and cross-functional squads to deliver user-centric, scalable, and consistent design solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-endproduct design lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI deliveryDesign and scaleenterprise-level Design Systems, ensuring consistency across platformsCollaborate withproduct, engineering, and business stakeholders within Agile squadsCreate intuitive and engaging experiences for mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platformsTranslate complex business and user requirements intoelegant design solutionsConductuser research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedbackEnsure adherence toaccessibility, usability, and UX best practicesAdvocate for user-centric design thinking across the organizationMaintain high-quality design documentation and design handoff processesRequired Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience inProduct Design / UX/UI DesignStrong hands-on experience building and managingDesign Systems at scaleProven expertise in designing formobile (iOS, Android) and web platformsProficiency in design tools likeFigma, Sketch, Adobe XDExperience working inAgile/Scrum environments within cross-functional squadsStrong understanding ofuser-centered design principles and methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience inBFSI / Fintech domain, especiallyRetail BankingExperience working inlarge enterprise environmentsFamiliarity withdesign tokens, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworksExposure todata-driven design and analytics tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
