Senior Product Designer (Design Systems)

We are looking for aSenior Product Designerwith strong expertise inDesign Systems at an enterprise scaleto join our client, Emirates NBD. This role requires a highly skilled designer who can drive consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products, especially within the banking/fintech domain.Key ResponsibilitiesLead thedesign and evolution of enterprise-level Design Systemsensuring scalability, reusability, and consistency across platforms.Collaborate closely withProduct Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional squadsto deliver high-quality user experiences.Design and deliverintuitive, user-centric experiencesacrossmobile (iOS & Android)andweb/desktop platforms.Own theend-to-end UX process— from research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping to final UI delivery.Ensure adherence todesign standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.Contribute todesign governanceand mentor junior designers where required.Work inAgile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.Align design strategies withbusiness goals, especially within SME banking products.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience as aProduct Designer / Senior Product Designer.Strong hands-on experience in building and managingDesign Systems at scale.Proven expertise inUX/UI design across mobile and web platforms.Deep understanding of theend-to-end design lifecycle.Experience working inAgile/Scrum environmentswithin product squads.Proficiency in design tools such asFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience inBanking / BFSI / Fintech domains.Exposure toSME (Small & Medium Enterprises) banking products.Experience working inlarge enterprise environments.Understanding ofdesign systems governance and accessibility standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
