Senior Product Designer – Design Systems&Fintech UX

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled<strong>Senior Product Designer</strong>to join our team and drive user-centric design initiatives at enterprise scale. This role requires deep expertise in<strong>design systems</strong>, strong hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have experience designing for<strong>complex digital ecosystems</strong>, preferably within<strong>banking, financial services, or fintech environments</strong>, and a strong understanding of agile product development.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery, research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI delivery</li><li>Design and scale enterprise-level Design Systems, ensuring consistency across platforms (web, mobile, desktop)</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders within agile squads to deliver high-quality digital experiences</li><li>Create intuitive, user-centered designs backed by data, usability testing, and research insights</li><li>Ensure seamless experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms</li><li>Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability standards</li><li>Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of UX processes, frameworks, and design operations<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills&Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>6+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design</li><li>Proven expertise in building and managing Design Systems at enterprise scale</li><li>Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar</li><li>Solid understanding of mobile (iOS&Android) and web/desktop design principles</li><li>Experience with end-to-end UX process including research, personas, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing</li><li>Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within cross-functional squads</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in Banking, Financial Services (BFSI), or Fintech domains</li><li>Exposure to Corporate Banking platforms or enterprise financial products</li><li>Familiarity with design tokens, accessibility standards, and scalable UI frameworks</li><li>Experience working in large enterprise organizations</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
