Senior Product Designer – Design Systems & Fintech UX

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive user-centric design initiatives at enterprise scale. This role requires deep expertise in design systems, strong hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have experience designing for complex digital ecosystems, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech environments, and a strong understanding of agile product development.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery, research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI deliveryDesign and scale enterprise-level Design Systems, ensuring consistency across platforms (web, mobile, desktop)Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders within agile squads to deliver high-quality digital experiencesCreate intuitive, user-centered designs backed by data, usability testing, and research insightsEnsure seamless experiences across iOS, Android, and web platformsAdvocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability standardsWork closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designsContribute to continuous improvement of UX processes, frameworks, and design operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI DesignProven expertise in building and managing Design Systems at enterprise scaleStrong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarSolid understanding of mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop design principlesExperience with end-to-end UX process including research, personas, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testingHands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within cross-functional squadsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Banking, Financial Services (BFSI), or Fintech domainsExposure to Corporate Banking platforms or enterprise financial productsFamiliarity with design tokens, accessibility standards, and scalable UI frameworksExperience working in large enterprise organizations#J-18808-Ljbffr
