Ideal candidate takes ownership of results and works independently, communicates clearly, challenges assumptions with data, and can structure ambiguous problems. We value curiosity, strong business thinking, and the ability to focus on real impact.ResponsibilitiesStrategic analytics partnership:Partner with Car Insurance Product leadership to drive data-informed strategyProduct performance & impact ownership:Define and monitor core KPIs (web & mobile)Evaluate releases via A/B tests, cohort and pre-post analysisMap and optimize the end-to-end customer journeyQuantify and communicate business impactMeasurement & tracking ownership:Define tracking for new features and validate implementationEnsure data consistency from GA4 / Amplitude to Big QueryInvestigate discrepancies and maintain metric integrityRequirementsOver 4-5 years as Product Analyst in fintech / insurance / banking / e-commerceStrong SQL (Big Query or similar DWH) skillsExperience with GA4, Amplitude, GTMUnderstanding of event tracking and attributionProven impact on product decisions through analyticsStructured analytical thinking and ownership mindsetAbility to clearly present key metrics to senior leaders on one slide, using simple and effective visualizationsWe offerLong-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation periodWe are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countriesPayment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFTFull-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezoneVacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, 10 sick offsPerformance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raisePotential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, QatarEnjoy generous vacation time, paid sick leave, and bonus days for years of service.Language classesMaster communication.
