The role involves sourcing raw materials, accessories, and services while ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery from suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete procurement cycle, from requirement planning to supplier deliverySource and procure raw materials, accessories, and services required for textile manufacturingIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, and delivery termsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliersEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standardsMonitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality-related issuesCoordinate with production, planning, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operationsPrepare and analyze procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor comparisonsEnsure timely procurement to support production schedulesQualifications & ExperienceGraduate degree (mandatory)Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurementStrong exposure to textile manufacturing industryProven experience in sourcing raw materials and accessoriesGood negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skillsSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain managementExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage multiple vendors and prioritiesCost optimization and strategic sourcing expertiseGood coordination and stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
