The role also involves improving procurement operations, managing budgets, following rules, and analysing market trends to support the company’s goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningCreate and share the company’s supply strategy with all stakeholders.Use market insights to make smart decisions and beat competitors.Supplier ManagementBuild strong relationships with suppliers.Negotiate contracts and ensure suppliers deliver quality on time.Cost & EfficiencyIdentify savings opportunities and manage budgets effectively.Improve processes, simplify work, and remove unnecessary steps.Lead programs to reduce costs and improve cash flow.Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor procurement teams.Work with executives and managers across the company to align goals.Break down barriers to deliver excellent internal and external service.Compliance & SafetyEnsure procurement follows all laws, regulations, and company policies.Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives.Continuous ImprovementMonitor metrics and tools to make sourcing and supplier management better.Take action to reduce risks and find new opportunities.Drive operational excellence and strategic sourcing initiatives.Skills & KnowledgeExpert in procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis and market trends.Experienced in complex procurement projects and regulatory compliance.Great communication and negotiation abilities.ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).Experience RequiredMinimum 8 years of experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role, with 3 years of GCC experience considered a plus.Architect or Civil Engineer with demonstrated experience delivering luxury interior fit-out projects to the highest quality standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
