Senior Procurement Engineer

<div><p>As the<b>Senior Procurement Engineer</b>at Riyadh Development Company will be specialized in Real Estate Development Project Procurement daily activities such as Construction Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, Repair&Operations and Demolishing, Excavation. Also, will support the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for several large-scale projects for example, but not limited to : Masterplan developments, New build, Fit outs, Renovations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare RFQ’s to be provided to the potential list of Intl Consultants/ Vendors/ Contractors.</li><li>Perform the Supplier Selection and Tender Process</li><li>Perform the analysis of quotations, comparison statements (with emphasis on price, quality, delivery period, terms of payment, etc.).</li><li>Conduct negotiations of quotations with the vendors to ensure that we gets the best value for the money they are paying to the vendors.</li><li>Coordinate internal tender committee meetings for assigned purchase orders/Contracts to enable the approval or modifications of requests for the preparation of purchase orders/Contracts.</li><li>Enter the information into the system for the generation of a purchase order/Contracts, and obtain proper approvals, so that the PO/Contracts can be generated in a timely manner.</li><li>Implement and coordinate relevant invoice processing activities in liaison with finance, to ensure vendors receive their payments as per the contract terms.</li><li>Identify the new suppliers in order to expand the company’s preferred supplier database and simultaneously update supplier background and credentials, to ensure the Group’s supplier database is timely and comprehensively updated with background information.</li><li>Perform any other duties which the organization may require to be carried out.</li></ul><h3>Education&Experience</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field (required).</li><li><b>Experience:</b>5+ years of experience in Real Estate Procurement filed</li><li>Strong proficiency in Procurement&Tender Management</li><li>Familiarity with Project Management Consultancy Vendors, Construction Companies, designers, architects, and Engineering Firms</li><li>Excellent Vendors Sourcing, Pre-qualifications, and negotiation skills.</li></ul><h3>Working at Riyadh Development Company</h3><p>Riyadh Development Company is committed to driving economic diversification and urban transformation in alignment with the Kingdom’s strategic vision.
