DescriptionRole: Senior Procurement Contracts OfficerLocation: Abu DhabiRole Purpose:Senior Procurement Contracts Officer is a unique techno functional role with good system and process knowledge on Sourcing Contract Management and Buying modulesMust have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting SAP ARIBA P2P solution which includes Contract Management solution Sourcing Supplier Performance and information management.Must have good understanding of the procurement process and supplier management also have working knowledge of sourcing and selection process of supplier.Monitoring and reporting Monitors procurement contractual agreements.Must possess Strong Analytical skills and should be able to perform RCAs and propose permanent fix for issues related to contract management sourcing P2P.Broad knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement sourcing contract management category management and supplier performance & information management.Good experience in generating reports to enable data driven decisions.Support all stakeholders including suppliers buyers and business units.Key accountabilities of the role:Responsible for working with buyers category managers and business unitsResponsible to work with suppliersProvide best practices around SAP AribaResponsible for carrying out online/onsite training and coaching to end users and technical teamComfortable documenting all changes proposed and made in Ariba and updating control documents plus communicating to all impacted stakeholders.Loading trouble shooting catalog files into the SAP Ariba p2p systemStrong proficiency with transactional purchasing systems catalogs and formatsResponsible for maintenance of catalogues within the P2P systems with regular system checkResponsible for preparation and regular update of training manual/FAQsSpecialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:Extensive experience in SAP Ariba P2P Strategic Sourcing Contract ManagementGood understanding of the entire SAP Ariba suite (Ariba Buying SIPM Sourcing eInvoicing Contracts etc.)Must have experience of at least one ERP (SAP/Oracle) specific to Supply chainMaintain desired certificates in Ariba.Required Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
