The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the process engineering function, including process design, optimization, troubleshooting, and project management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate process engineering activities for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirementsDevelop and implement process design solutions for new and existing facilitiesConduct process simulations and calculations to optimize plant operations and ensure efficiencyIdentify and troubleshoot process issues and provide recommendations for improvementCollaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of process design with other project elementsPrepare and review process engineering documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and specificationsLead and mentor junior process engineers, providing technical guidance and support as neededParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on process engineering progress and issuesEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and standardsKeep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in process engineering technology and techniquesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industryStrong knowledge of process design principles, simulations, and calculationsExperience with process design software such as HYSYS, ASPEN, or ProMaxExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in mentoring and leading a teamFamiliarity with industry standards and regulationsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentWillingness to travel as neededWe OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageDynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for career growth and developmentExposure to a wide range of projects and industriesTraining and development programs\>If you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Process Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
