This will ensure that consumers worldwide can enjoy the same service commitment, fulfilling the company's mission of “We help people eat better ,live better”</p><h3>Regarding the role</h3><p>This role is responsible for product planning for overseas business, with a focus on the development and category management of private brand (PB) products.</p><h3>Duties</h3><ul><li>1.Responsible for product planning for overseas business, with a focus on the development and category management of private brand (PB) products.</li><li>2.Based on local market trends and user behaviors, formulate product strategies and category structures that meet the needs of local consumers.</li><li>3.Identify business opportunities, optimize product portfolios, and continuously enhance product competitiveness through data analysis and market research.</li><li>4.Lead the entire process of new product development, including product selection, positioning, packaging, pricing, and market coordination, to enhance the market competitiveness of PB products.</li><li>5.Work closely with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, procurement, quality control, and operations to ensure the effective implementation of product planning and the achievement of business goals.</li><li>6.Establish and continuously iterate localized product management methodologies to enhance the professionalism and forward-looking nature of the product planning system.</li></ul><h3>Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in commodity management, product planning or procurement; candidates with experience in developing and managing private brands (PB) will be given priority.</p><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>1.Strong market insight and data sensitivity; capable of conducting independent market research, retail analysis, and user insight studies.</li><li>2.Familiar with the retail industry and deeply understand product portfolio strategies in different consumption scenarios; excellent category planning skills.</li><li>3.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities; able to lead product launches from scratch.</li><li>4.Highly proactive and result-oriented, able to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environments and drive business growth.</li><li>5.Those with overseas product development or cross-border retail experience are preferred.</li><li>6.Those proficient in using English as the working language are preferred.</li></ul><h3>Priority Skills</h3><ul><li>Those with experience in overseas product development or cross-border retail are given priority.</li></ul><h3>Salary range and compensation plan</h3><p>Offer competitive salary and benefit packages.</p><p>We are committed to diversity and inclusiveness, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
