Job Description Role Overview: As a Lead Due Diligence professional, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial, operational, and legal due diligence reviews on potential private equity investments. Your role will involve leading due diligence teams, developing and executing due diligence plans, conducting financial statement analysis and valuation, assessing operational efficiency and risks, and preparing detailed due diligence reports. You will also have the opportunity to interact with management teams and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead due diligence teams on various investment opportunities. - Develop and execute due diligence plans. - Conduct financial statement analysis and valuation. - Assess operational efficiency and risks. - Prepare detailed due diligence reports. - Interact with management teams and other stakeholders. Qualification Required: - MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in private equity or investment banking. - Deep understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
