Senior Precast Design Lead — Coordination & QA

Lead and coordinate the preparation review and approval of precast shop drawings, production drawings and erection drawings.Ensure all designs are aligned with project specifications, codes and contractual requirements.Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers and MEP teams to resolve design discrepancies.Monitor and control design deliverables to ensure timely submission and approval.Track design changes, variations and ensure proper documentation.Liaise with project managers, production and site teams for smooth project execution.Provide technical input during tendering, estimation and planning stages.Support production and erection teams with solutions for technical challenges.Ensure constructability and cost‑effectiveness of precast design solutions.Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards and company QA/QC procedures.Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy before submission.Required Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
