Date: Mar 21, 2026Location: Dubai, AECompany: M D S COMPUTERS TECHNICAL SYSTEMS L.L.C.Req ID: 2739Job TitleSenior Pre-Sales ConsultantJob ScopeThe Senior Pre-Sales Consultant is accountable for advising and coordinating with the sales team on all technical issues related but not limited to solution design and pre‑sales implementations. He/She is a technical expert building strong relationships with partners and customers and driving the business through multiple technical initiatives.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical and OperationsBuild a detailed design, solution architecture and proposal for a new systemReview existing processes and document them accordinglyReview and evaluate a software product according to specified procedures and ensure users' needs are determined and metUnderstand the goal of assigned projects, define design criteria and devise best solutions for clientsEnsure solutions stated in the statement of work are best practice and in line with client requirementsManage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s and RFP’sCreate individual bid packages/technical proposals for needed hardware/service resourcesWork closely with the sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales processReview recommendations sent by vendors against requests for quote (RFQs), select the best vendor(s) and incorporate any recommended change meeting client needsSchedule and allocate all service resources required to implement solutions as designedCoordinate detailed engineering plans from each supplier, define project schedule and integrate into a complete cohesive systemLead technical sales callsDevelop skills to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical customers through written submissions and presentationsStay abreast of market trends, products and competitor landscapesTalent DevelopmentLead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownershipDevelop capabilities and secure a solid succession planConduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.Position RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.ExperienceMinimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience.Strong expertise in one or more of the following technologies: HPE, NetApp, VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, Commvault, etc.Relevant certifications will be considered an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
