Senior PM: Smart Workforce Platform & Integrations Lead

Project manage the improvements initiatives for Smart Workforce Management system (SWFM) including but not limited to functionality enhancements integrations with other systems overseeing testing and production go-live.Manage project execution with a focus on RAID and management of time cost and quality. Ensure that business change management and training programs are in place for successful adoption and obtaining value.Track detailed execution plans from vendors and third parties and proactively remediate risks.Experience Required:Strong knowledge of complex ecosystem integration projects and experience in ServiceMax or similar SWFM solutions upgrades is essential for this roleAt least 8 years of Project Management expertise with PMP Prince2 or similar certifications.Vertical:Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
