Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the endtoend delivery of complex businessand technology initiatives within a banking environment. The role requires strong delivery discipline stakeholdermanagement and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectivesregulatory requirements and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering projects in banking or financial services withexposure to core banking platforms and strong collaboration across IT Operations Finance Risk andCompliance. Experience in Islamic Banking is considered an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Vendor Management Manage project budgets forecasts and financial tracking Oversee thirdparty vendors system integrators and external consultants Ensure contractual deliverables and SLAs are metRequired Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or a related discipline 8 years of experience in project management preferably within banking or financial services Proven experience delivering technologyenabled change initiatives Strong understanding of SDLC Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery models Experience working with crossfunctional teams including IT Operations Finance Risk and Compliance Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA ServiceNowSmartsheet)Preferred / GoodtoHave Experience delivering projects within Islamic Banking (products systems or operations) Exposure to core banking platforms (e.g. Finacle Flexcube or similar) Experience in regulated environments and working with audit risk and compliance teams PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certificationKey Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and decisionmaking capabilities Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage complexity ambiguity and multiple priorities Strong problemsolving and analytical mindset Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and fastpaced environmentRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Client Server,Abinitio,Information Technology Sales,LMS,Loans Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
