Senior Planning Manager

<div><p>We are working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor in Riyadh to appoint a Senior Planning Manager to lead planning and programme controls across a major mixed use project. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful project delivery on large scale, complex developments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the planning function across one or multiple large scale projects, ensuring robust programme development and control.</li><li>Develop, manage, and update detailed project programmes from tender through to completion.</li><li>Provide strategic planning input during pre‑contract and post‑contract stages.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement recovery strategies where required.</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of planning engineers and senior planners.</li><li>Work closely with project, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with programme objectives.</li><li>Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and critical path analysis to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Support claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions with detailed programme analysis.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 15+ years’ experience in planning and project controls within main contracting.</li><li>Proven experience leading planning on projects valued at SAR 1 Billion+.</li><li>Strong background in large‑scale building projects in the Middle East.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and planning tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, EOTs, and delay analysis techniques.</li><li>Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
