We’re looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with proven experience in the fit‑out sector to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines to ensure efficient, on‑time delivery. Candidates currently based in the UAE or broader Middle East region are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.</li><li>Create detailed fit‑out execution plans, incorporating procurement, subcontractor timelines, and client deliverables.</li><li>Track and report progress against the baseline schedule; provide early warnings on delays and bottlenecks.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look‑ahead schedules, and resource planning charts.</li><li>Interface with the site team, project managers, and subcontractors to gather data and drive schedule adherence.</li><li>Participate in client meetings and presentations related to planning, progress, and project timelines.</li><li>Support in preparation and justification of extension of time (EOT) claims.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement and estimation teams to align timelines with cost and resource availability.</li><li>Ensure all planning activities are in line with company standards and project‑specific requirements.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.</li><li>Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4+ years in the UAE fit‑out industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of interior fit‑out workflows, including joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes.</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Knowledge of project controls, earned value management, and delay analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with local Dubai regulations and authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, etc.).</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with fast‑track fit‑out projects.</li><li>Certification in PSP (AACEI) or PMP (PMI) is highly desirable.</li><li>Exposure to design&build or turnkey interior project delivery models.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive tax‑free salary + performance bonuses</li><li>Annual air ticket allowance&medical insurance</li><li>Relocation support (if applicable)</li><li>Growth opportunities within a reputable and expanding organization</li><li>Work on prestigious fit‑out projects with top‑tier clients in Dubai</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
