SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER - ROADS AND BRIDGES

OverviewThe Senior Planning Engineer for Roads and Bridges will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of projects related to utilities, roads, and bridges. They will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans and schedules for utility projects such as sewer, water, and drainage systems, as well as roads and bridges.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed.Analyze project data to identify potential risks and delays.Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.Candidate RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.8 to 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling utility, roads, and bridges projects.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Certification in project management is a plus.Proficiency in project planning and management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Strong understanding of utility projects including sewer, water, and drainage systems.Extensive experience in road and bridge construction projects.Ability to develop detailed project schedules and cost estimates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure project deadlines are met.In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
