Senior Planning Engineer

Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on the most effective planning strategies and project controls systems. Also, advise on project's baseline, work breakdown structure (WBS), and reporting system.Delay and Claims Analysis: Conduct forensic schedule analysis to assess and quantify the impact of delays, review extension of time (EOT) claims, and provide expert testimony in disputes.Leadership and Mentoring: Lead Planning engineers, overseeing their work, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all deliverables.Client Management: Liaison with the client, presenting complex data and analysis in a clear, concise manner to top management. Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.ExperienceExtensive experience (12+ years) in project planning, with significant exposure to large-scale, complex projects.Extensive experience in project management software (Primavera P6/other software is a plus).Proven expertise in forensic delay analysis and claims management.Strong leadership and people management skills.Extensive knowledge of contract conditions and project control procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
