Senior Planner/Scheduler

Jasara PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our esteemed team. This key position involves developing, managing, and optimizing comprehensive project schedules for a variety of large-scale infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.The Senior Planner/Scheduler supports the Construction Supervision team by developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely delivery in accordance with contract requirements. The role involves close coordination with construction managers, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and maintain detailed construction schedules aligned with the approved baseline and milestonesMonitor site progress, validate contractor updates, and perform schedule analysis (critical path, delays, impacts)Identify schedule risks and constraints, propose recovery and mitigation plans, and support resequencing where requiredReview contractors' all programmes, look-ahead schedules, Baseline and recovery schedules for compliance and realismPrepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and schedule narratives for management and client reportingSupport change management, EOT assessments, recommendations and delay analysis in coordination with commercial and claims teamsEnsure schedules align with construction methodologies, procurement, and interface requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in the construction and engineering industryDegree in Engineering or Construction ManagementStrong experience in construction planning & project controls (10+ Years) and supervision environmentsProficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and reporting tools (Power Bi and Microsoft Office)Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
