Senior Physiotherapist & Medical Director with DHA

Ontime Group is looking for a Senior Physiotherapist and Medical Director with a valid DHA license to join our dynamic team. This role combines clinical expertise and leadership responsibilities offering an exciting opportunity to not only provide high-quality physiotherapy services but also to oversee and enhance our physiotherapy departments operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated professionals while ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans for a diverse patient population addressing complex conditions and rehabilitation needs.Lead and manage physiotherapy departmental operations ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality standards.Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and support staff fostering professional development and continuous learning.Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans participating in clinical case reviews and consultations.Monitor and review patient progress adjusting treatment plans as required based on individual needs and clinical evidence.Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff providing guidance on best practices in physiotherapy.Manage departmental budgetary responsibilities resource allocation and operational efficiency.Stay informed on the latest trends research and advancements in physiotherapy and healthcare management.Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory inspections and ensure adherence to accreditation standards.RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.Valid DHA license to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE.Significant clinical experience as a physiotherapist with prior management or leadership experience preferred.Strong knowledge of physiotherapy modalities rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment methods.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.Proven track record of developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.Strong analytical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.Compassionate approach towards patient care with a dedication to supporting individuals in their rehabilitation journey.BenefitsSalary Benefits (tax free)Required Experience:Director#J-18808-Ljbffr
