Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute performance-driven marketing initiatives across digital acquisition channels. This role will play a key part in driving qualified leads, optimizing marketing spend, and improving conversion rates while contributing directly to business growth.This position requires a data-driven marketer with strong commercial awareness who can collaborate closely with Sales and other teams to deliver measurable marketing impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, Native, TikTok, and other relevant channels.Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.Drive high-quality leads for services, partnerships, subscriptions, and events.Manage the lead lifecycle from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure conversions.Manage and optimize monthly marketing budgets, maintaining CPL, CPA, and CAC benchmarks.Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and identify opportunities to eliminate underperforming channels.Oversee analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.Build dashboards to track CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and revenue attribution.Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in performance marketing.Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation and revenue growth.Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.Experience within the UAE/GCC market is preferred.Background in business setup, free zones, fintech, or SME ecosystems is an advantage.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and commercial mindsetResults-driven and KPI-focused approachHigh level of ownership and accountabilityAbility to combine strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
