Senior Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing ExecutiveRiyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 12/29/2025We are Looking for an energetic young candidate for the following role to be based in Riyadh, KSAPosition: Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: Riyadh, KSAPreferred Industry : Consumer Electronics/ FMCG/ RetailResponsibilitiesWork closely with the marketing team and external agencies to implement performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and others.Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations to ensure alignment with defined KPIs and ROI goals.Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs and follow through to execution.Collaborate with the creative team for asset development, ensuring they meet platform requirements and brand guidelines.Manage daily operations of social media accountsCreate, schedule, and publish engaging and brand-aligned content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok etc.Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.Develop strategies to increase social media followers and engagement organically and through paid methods.Analyze trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities to improve social media performance.Support influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns, boost follower growth, and enhance audience engagement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Min 2 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management, or related roles.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) & Shopify.ONLY Candidates based in Saudi will be considered.Package from SAR 8000-12000 + Benefits (Visa+Ticket+MEdical) + excellent growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
