Senior Performance Analytics Leader - Investment Platform

<p>We are working with institutional investor to identify a Senior Manager for Performance Analytics team for their Dubai headquarters. This is a high-visibility role sitting within a sophisticated investment organisation, reporting directly to the COO — with broad exposure across investment performance, corporate KPIs, macro analytics, and data infrastructure.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive experience in investment performance measurement, data analytics, or a closely related discipline, ideally gained at a sovereign wealth fund, holding company, investment firm, or top-tier consulting firm.</p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><ul><li>Corporate&Investment Performance</li><li>Own the end-to-end corporate performance cycle — KPI design, target-setting, achievement tracking, and Board/Committee reporting</li><li>Manage the Internal Scorecard and cascade Corporate KPIs to vertical and functional levels</li><li>Lead benchmarking, market analysis, and preparation of key investment deliverables including Board presentations and quarterly valuation reviews</li><li>Act as primary liaison for third-party KPI validation processes</li><li>Macro, Factor&Market Analysis</li><li>Monitor global macro conditions to support Investment team decision-making</li><li>Generate quantitative insights on market drivers and trends from mainstream and alternative data sources</li><li>Contribute macro and strategy perspectives directly into the investment process</li></ul><p><strong>Data, Analytics&Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the SimCorp subject matter expert — owning data architecture, governance, controls, and reporting enhancements</li><li>Champion automation and analytics tool development and drive continuous improvement of data pipelines and reporting infrastructure</li><li>Strategic&COO Support</li><li>Support the COO across strategic initiatives including corporate strategy development, economic research, and ad hoc analytical assignments</li></ul><p><strong>Requirments:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in investment performance, data analytics, or a similar institutional role</li><li>Proven expertise in performance measurement frameworks, KPI design, and reporting for investment organisations</li><li>Strong understanding of investment industry dynamics, including macroeconomic and market drivers</li><li>Hands-on experience with SimCorp or equivalent investment data platforms</li><li>Solid grasp of data governance, data quality management, and analytics/automation tools</li><li>Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong senior stakeholder communication skills</li><li>Strategic thinker who remains execution-focused — self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently</li><li>Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA desirable</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
