Senior Performance Analytics Leader - Investment Platform

We are working with institutional investor to identify a Senior Manager for Performance Analytics team for their Dubai headquarters. This is a high-visibility role sitting within a sophisticated investment organisation, reporting directly to the COO — with broad exposure across investment performance, corporate KPIs, macro analytics, and data infrastructure.The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive experience in investment performance measurement, data analytics, or a closely related discipline, ideally gained at a sovereign wealth fund, holding company, investment firm, or top-tier consulting firm.THE ROLECorporate & Investment PerformanceOwn the end-to-end corporate performance cycle — KPI design, target-setting, achievement tracking, and Board/Committee reportingManage the Internal Scorecard and cascade Corporate KPIs to vertical and functional levelsLead benchmarking, market analysis, and preparation of key investment deliverables including Board presentations and quarterly valuation reviewsAct as primary liaison for third-party KPI validation processesMacro, Factor & Market AnalysisMonitor global macro conditions to support Investment team decision-makingGenerate quantitative insights on market drivers and trends from mainstream and alternative data sourcesContribute macro and strategy perspectives directly into the investment processData, Analytics & SystemsServe as the SimCorp subject matter expert — owning data architecture, governance, controls, and reporting enhancementsChampion automation and analytics tool development and drive continuous improvement of data pipelines and reporting infrastructureStrategic & COO SupportSupport the COO across strategic initiatives including corporate strategy development, economic research, and ad hoc analytical assignmentsRequirments:10+ years of experience in investment performance, data analytics, or a similar institutional roleProven expertise in performance measurement frameworks, KPI design, and reporting for investment organisationsStrong understanding of investment industry dynamics, including macroeconomic and market driversHands-on experience with SimCorp or equivalent investment data platformsSolid grasp of data governance, data quality management, and analytics/automation toolsExcellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong senior stakeholder communication skillsStrategic thinker who remains execution-focused — self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independentlyMasters degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
