Senior Penetration Tester

Job Description As a Penetration Tester at AGCO, you will be part of the Product Security team dedicated to securing next-generation agricultural machinery. Your role is crucial in ensuring that AGCO's products are secure, user-friendly, and connected to meet cybersecurity challenges. By integrating security throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, you will contribute to protecting farmers' data, ensuring product integrity, and supporting AGCO's commitment to smart farming innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform penetration tests on AGCO's products including web applications, software, and hardware. - Research and design tools and methodologies to identify security findings and gaps in AGCO products and systems. - Lead preparation and coordination activities required for testing activities. - Contribute to the team's technical strategic direction by staying updated on compliance, best practices, and emerging security techniques. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity testing with a focus on web applications, services, cloud platforms, Artificial Intelligence, and embedded software and hardware. - Strong knowledge of global and country-specific cybersecurity legislation, vulnerabilities, security gaps, and exploitation techniques. - Relevant technical degree and/or professional certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, Pen Test+, CEH, Cloud Security/Architect Certs, etc. - Strong technical writing and presentation skills to communicate cybersecurity vulnerabilities and exploits to diverse audiences.
