This is a strategic andrevenue-impacting role involving both partner development and partner-led salesexecution.Youwill recruit, enable, and manage partnerships with consulting firms, systemintegrators, distributors, cloud hyperscalers, and complementary fintechsolution providers to create pipeline and close software license deals acrosslending and transaction banking.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Recruitment& Development: Identify, onboard,and activate high-potential partners across MEA, with an initial focus on thosethat can source or influence opportunities at customers.Go-to-MarketLeadership: Build joint valuepropositions, sales plays, and go-to-market plans that position FinnOne Neo and FinnAxia for success in Tier 1/2 banks, Islamic banks, digital banks, andNBFIs.Pipeline Generation& Deal Influence: Work closely withpartners to source, qualify, and jointly pursue opportunities; drivepartner-led and partner-influenced deal cycles to closure.Partner Enablement: In collaboration with Nucleus’s solution andtechnology specialists, equip partners with product knowledge, sales training, pitch materials, and competitive positioning to increase win rates.InternalCollaboration: Work closely withSales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partnerstrategy and execution.RequirementsProfile & Experience10+ years ofexperience in partnerships and alliances, sales, or business development withinfinancial technology or enterprise software vendors.Proven track recordof building and scaling partner ecosystems in MEA on the back of relationshipsacross consulting firms, SIs, hyperscalers, and fintech solution providers, coupled with executive communication skills and cross-cultural fluency.Deep understandingof the MEA banking landscape and demonstrated success in influencing andclosing enterprise software deals (preferably in lending or transactionbanking).Ability to operatewith high autonomy and collaborate with geographically dispersed internal teams.Must already bebased in Dubai with valid work authorization, and readiness and ability totravel as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
