Language Skills: Bilingual Arabic and English (essential)Start Date: ImmediateWe are supporting a client to implement pre-defined organization and salary structures within a government environment.The successful candidate will work closely with a senior consulting lead to refine deliverables from earlier phases, support implementation, and drive change management and communication activities to ensure effective adoption.The initial scope is for 6 months and this can be extended based on project needs.Key responsibilitiesSupport the implementation of approved organization and salary structuresRefine and adapt existing deliverables to align with client needsPartner with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth executionSupport organizational transition and structure rollout activitiesContribute to change management and communication planning and deliveryCoordinate implementation efforts across multiple business unitsIdeal profileStrong experience in Organization Design, with implementation experience.Proven track record in implementing organization structures or supporting operating model transitionsExperience in change management and communicationsExperience working with government entities in the UAEExposure to salary structure design and implementation is advantageousPreferred backgroundConsulting or advisory experienceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate in complex, transformation-focused environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
