Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Specialist — EBS R12 Expert

<p>Position Overview<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Support Consultant with minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion SCM and 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 SCM. The role provides support, migration and enhancements for SCM modules onsite at our client location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Provide L2/L3 support for all Fusion SCM modules: Inventory Management, iProcurement, Advanced Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Order Management, and integration points with Procurement, Project Management.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents, apply configurations/patches, and handle enhancements like new setups, process optimizations, and period close support.</li><li>Conduct fit-gap analysis for enhancements, data fixes via FBDI/HDL, OTBI report customizations, and FAST Formula adjustments during support cycles.</li><li>Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), user training, UAT for patches/enhancements, and monthly health checks onsite in Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Leverage R12 SCM experience (Inventory, Purchasing, iProc, Sourcing, Contracts for hybrid environments, legacy issue resolution, and migration support.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications&Experience<br><br></strong>Category Details<br><br><strong>Experience- Minimum 5 Years In Oracle Fusion SCM.<br><br></strong>– Minimum 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 SCM.<br><br>– 3+ years in production support/enhancements with SLAs (e.g., 4/6/24 hour resolution).<br><br>– Full lifecycle implementations and upgrade projects preferred.<br><br>Technical Skills- Fusion setups: BPM Worklists, Security Profiles, HDL/FBDI, OTBI/BI Publisher, Extracts.<br><br>– R12: Form Personalization, Workflow, AME approvals.<br><br>– Integrations awareness: REST APIs, OIC basics.<br><br>Functional Expertise- All modules: Inventory, Procurement (RFQs, POs, Sourcing, Contracts), Order Management (OMS, ATP), Full P2P cycle knowledge.<br><br>Soft Skills- Strong writing skills for RCA reports, enhancement specs (BR100), client communications.<br><br>– Shift flexibility for support coverage.<br><br>Education&Certs- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Computer Science or related.<br><br>– Oracle Fusion SCM Functional or EBS R12 certification preferred.<br><br><strong>Job Type:</strong>Full Time<br><br><strong>Job Location:</strong>Abu Dhabi<br><br><strong>Education:</strong>Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Computer Science or related.<br><br><strong>Career Level:</strong>Senior with 5+ years of experience<br><br><strong>Positions:</strong>1<br><br><strong>Salary:</strong>Negotiable</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
