Job Description

<div><p>This is a Techno‑Functional Role requiring strong hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS HCM, including Payroll, fast formula, PL/SQL, BI Publisher and System Integrations.</p><p>The Techno‑Functional EBS HCM Senior Consultant is responsible for managing both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules, system integrations, and ongoing functional support. This position acts as the primary bridge between HR and IT, ensuring the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable Oracle HCM solutions aligned with HR strategy and business needs.</p><h3>Key Objectives</h3><ul><li>Lead the development, implementation, and continuous support of Oracle EBS HCM modules, including:<ul><li>Core HR</li><li>Payroll</li><li>Absence Management</li><li>iRecruitment</li><li>Learning Management</li><li>Performance Management</li></ul></li><li>Translate HR business requirements into effective functional and technical Oracle-based solutions.</li><li>Support and execute enhancements, system upgrades, and integration initiatives across the HR systems landscape.</li><li>Maintain data integrity, ensure governance compliance, and optimize system performance.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives within HR.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.</li><li>Oracle HCM certifications are preferred but not required.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a techno‑functional Oracle EBS HCM Consultant, ideally within the telecommunications sector or a large enterprise environment.</li><li>Proven expertise in supporting and developing the following Oracle HCM modules:<ul><li>Core HR</li><li>Payroll</li><li>Absence Management</li><li>iRecruitment</li><li>Learning Management</li><li>Performance Management</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong command of:<ul><li>PL/SQL, SQL</li><li>Oracle Fast Formulas</li><li>Oracle Self‑Service (SSHR) configurations</li><li>Forms&SSHR personalization</li><li>BI/Publisher (BI/ML) reporting</li><li>EIT/SIT configuration</li><li>Workflows and AME setups</li><li>User Hooks</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Functional Skills</h3><ul><li>End‑to‑end HRMS functional analysis and documentation.</li><li>Leading and executing data migration activities with high accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Managing integration between Oracle HRMS and internal/external systems.</li><li>Troubleshooting issues and delivering scalable HRMS solutions.</li><li>Preparing user guides and delivering end‑user training.</li><li>Designing, enhancing, and optimizing HR processes and procedures.</li></ul><h3>Behavioural Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
