Senior Oracle Developer

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Oracle-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance database applications and ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across all environments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and optimize Oracle database schemas, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support business requirements.</li><li>Lead complex data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization to meet SLA targets.</li><li>Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.</li><li>Implement data migration, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality controls.</li><li>Establish and enforce database standards, best practices, and governance across development, testing, and production environments.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.</li><li>Mentor junior developers, review code, and contribute to architectural decisions and design reviews.</li><li>Ensure security, backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies are implemented and tested.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><p>5-9 years of experience in Oracle database development</p><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c administration and development experience</li><li>Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL Developer, and performance tuning tools</li><li>Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, indexing, partitioning, and SQLplan management</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate or other data replication technologies</li><li>Experience with cloud-based Oracle deployments (OCI, AWS RDS for Oracle) is a plus</li><li>Previous experience in financial services, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise systems is a plus</li></ul><h3>Skills And Competencies</h3><ul><li>Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork</li><li>Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality</li></ul><h3>Education and Certifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>Oracle Database certification (OCA/OCP) preferred</li><li>Additional certifications in SQL, data modeling, or cloud platforms are a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
