<p><strong>BRM Expert (Oracle BRM + RODOD) – Saudi Arabia Contract role - long term</strong></p><p><strong>Eligibility:</strong>Must hold a<strong>Saudi Premium Residency Visa</strong>or be a<strong>Saudi National</strong></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled,<strong>hands-on Oracle BRM Expert</strong>with strong<strong>telecoms billing</strong>and<strong>RODOD</strong>experience to join a major digital transformation and operations programme in Riyadh. This is a deeply technical role working on‑site within a large telecom environment, supporting complex billing, rating, and order orchestration functions.</p><p>The ideal consultant will have proven experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimising<strong>Oracle BRM</strong>systems within a live telecoms environment, with strong integration knowledge across the Oracle Communications suite, especially RODOD.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Oracle BRM Technical Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Design, configure, customise, and maintain<strong>Oracle BRM</strong>, including pricing, rating, discounting, invoicing, and billing modules.</li><li>Develop and support BRM pipeline, PCM/C, and PDC enhancements.</li><li>Troubleshoot critical production issues across BRM components and integrations.</li></ul><p><strong>RODOD&Oracle Communications Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Work hands-on with<strong>RODOD</strong>components such as OSM/SOM/COM, RSDOD, or related ordering and fulfilment modules.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration between BRM and RODOD solutions for end-to-end order-to-cash processes.</li><li>Analyse and optimise E2E workflow performance and data consistency.</li></ul><p><strong>Telecom Billing Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Support large-scale telecom billing cycles, mediation flows, and charging logic.</li><li>Contribute to product catalogue changes, rating updates, and billing configuration releases.</li><li>Work closely with business teams to ensure accuracy of billing outputs and revenue assurance alignment.</li></ul><p><strong>Production Support&Problem Resolution</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a senior technical escalation point for BRM and billing-related incidents in a live environment.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes across BRM and RODOD domains.</li><li>Optimise system performance, stability, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, operations, and vendor teams.</li><li>Participate in release planning, technical design workshops, and system upgrade initiatives.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to junior team members and external integrators.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills&Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of hands-on experience with<strong>Oracle BRM</strong>in telecom environments.</li><li>Strong experience with<strong>RODOD / Oracle Communications Order&Service Management</strong>.</li><li>Deep understanding of telecom billing, rating, charging, mediation, and subscription management.</li><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>BRM real-time&batch rating</li><li>PDC</li><li>PCM/C, Java, or C-based BRM customisation</li><li>BRM system tuning and performance optimisation</li><li>Integration frameworks (SOAP/REST, OSB, OSM, AIA, or similar)</li></ul><p><strong>Operational&Problem-Solving Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting complex production telecom environments with strict SLAs.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting ability across multi-tier Oracle Communications stacks.</li><li>Ability to diagnose end-to-end issues (billing, ordering, fulfilment, mediation).</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.</li><li>Strong documentation, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work on-site as part of multicultural delivery teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Eligibility Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Saudi National OR holder of Saudi Premium Residency Visa (Privileged Iqama)</strong></li><li>Must be available<strong>full-time on-site</strong>in Riyadh.</li><li>Telecom industry experience is<strong>mandatory</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Why This Opportunity?</strong></p><ul><li>Long-term programme with stable engagement.</li><li>Work on a strategic national telecom transformation.</li><li>Chance to operate with cutting-edge Oracle Communications technologies.</li><li>High visibility role within a major operator environment.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
