The Group has also been embedding sustainability at the core of its business strategy with a clear commitment towards people, partners and the planet, and by being a member of the United Nations Global Compact Community and signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage administrative operations:Track permits (status, pending items, follow-ups)Coordinate with suppliers and vendorsHandle store-related logistics and documentationMaintain strong communication:Professional email communication with stakeholdersLiaising with mall management and internal admin teamsSupport store coordination:Ensure smooth execution of campaigns/eventsTrack operational tasks and updatesOwn and maintain trackers and reporting:Excel-based tracking (permits, suppliers, admin tasks)What you’ll need to succeedStrong communication skills (especially email)Excellent relationship-building abilitiesHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable managing multiple admin tasks simultaneouslyStrong in basic ExcelEmirati Passport + National Book HoldersWhat we can offer youWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
