With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.Location: Hybrid– Dubai, UAEWork Schedule: Evening/Night Shifts RequiredResponsibilities:As a Senior Operations Specialist,youplay a key role to ensuring the smooth execution and settlement of payments, trade confirmations, and the investigation of operational queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial flows within a trading firm and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.Oversee daily back-office operations across multiple systems, including MT4Manage trade confirmations, payment settlements, and reconciliationsEnforce operational controls and compliance standards throughout the workflowPerform critical daily checks to ensure data accuracy and process integrityCollaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support business objectivesEscalate and resolve operational issues in coordination with the Operations ManagerRequirements:Three years in a similar payment, operation, middle-office departments of financial (TradFi or DeFi)firms.Strong analytical and numerical mindset.Detail-oriented, accountable, and highly organized.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivots, etc.).Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approachAble to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentTeam player who can also work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.Able to work with shifts schedule, including evening/night slots.Nice to have:Familiarity with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platformsPrior experience in a trading or financial operations roleWhat’s in it for you?Our client offers an exciting, challenging role in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
